From first contact Michele put us at easy regarding the sales process. Michele answered our questions & guided us step-by-step. She is knowledgeable about the market and made recommendations to help us sell quickly. Her promotion of the house led to a lot of interest and a many viewing appointments. We closed 90 days after listing, much faster than we expected to find a buyer. Overall, it was a relatively stress-free process and we credit Michele for that.

Michele has been absolutely outstanding at helping sell my home. It has not been a very easy task. We had 2 different significant storms during the sale of the house, which had put a major damper on the amount of showings we had experienced. One of the storms happened to knock power out the day of our open house and she couldn’t make it to the open house. She kept in constant contact with me for each potential buyer that showed up. Finally, in July, we had received the offer in which was accepted. Expected closing date is 9/22/2025. Kudos to you Michele in keeping me calm throughout this process. Thank you!

She was positively amazing and helped me so much, we could not have done any of this without her. She is so incredibly kind, highly adept at her work and very easy to communicate with. She waded through our hundreds of questions and allowed me to pester her through this entire process, even extending a hand for me regarding home schooling resources. Michele was great. Was looking for a quick sale on my home that needed a bit of work. She sold it quickly and for our asking price. She’s a pro, fantastic communication, made everything that she could control extremely easy and hassle free. Very highly recommended
